Old Cleeve Parish Council have been in close contact with the County Council, District Council and has received much information regarding local groups and agencies about the help, support and advice that is available to all.

This page will be updated on a regular basis to ensure anyone who needs information can be directed to the relevant and appropriate person, group, agency or council.

Bilbrook

Councillor Hunt is a point of contact for the area – see the Parish Councillor list above for details.

Cleeve Park – Chapel Cleeve

Help from two paramedics living in the area has been offered – delivering of food supplies and/or prescriptions and advice where appropriate.

The Secretary of the Residents Association has information on additional contacts and help.

The public toilets at Blue Anchor are being kept open unless overwise instructed to ensure that these facilities are available for health and hygiene reasons.

Contact lists for those in need of support are being held (with permission) by various members of the community.

Old Cleeve

The Church Group and the Lysaght Group are providing assistance to neighbours with deliveries of shopping and prescriptions.

Roadwater

A Facebook group ‘Roadwater Together’ is currently being put together – once up and running the link will be available here.

Information is available on noticeboards throughout the village.

Roadwater Community Shop are taking orders, packing them and delivering to the local community. Contact by phone 01984 640296 or by Facebook.

Washford

Information is available on the notice boards on how to contact the Parish Council and other groups and agencies.

The Recreation Ground and MUGA are open to all. Please ensure that when using the area, all Government guidance regarding COVID-19 is adhered to.
